Телевизионная потоковая передача карты VLC

Я пытаюсь передать вывод потоком телевизионной карты своего рабочего стола к моему ноутбуку с помощью vlc без успеха. У меня есть на обоих ПК установленный ArchLinux.

Я застреваю здесь:
